3. Construction

With the plans, permits, selections, and schedule in place, construction begins. Our team coordinates trades, materials, inspections, scheduling, and daily site activity while maintaining close supervision over every stage of the work. From structural construction and essential building systems to finishes and final details, each phase is completed with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Throughout construction, we maintain clear communication and provide consistent updates so you understand the project's progress and upcoming decisions. Any changes or unforeseen conditions are discussed openly before proceeding. Our hands-on management keeps the work organized, maintains quality, and protects the original vision from groundbreaking through the finishing stages.
4. Completion & Delivery
Finishing Strong
As construction approaches completion, our focus shifts to final detailing, quality control, required inspections, and preparation for delivery. We carefully review the completed work, create and address any remaining punch-list items, test applicable systems, and confirm that finishes and installations meet our standards and the approved project scope.
We then conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the completed space, answer questions, and ensure that everything is ready for use. Relevant project information and final documentation are provided when applicable.
